Take advantage of the lively pool area. it’s an excellent spot to socialize with other guests and unwind after a busy night out.

Had a pleasant stay for 20 nights, but the staff were a bit touchy when it came to requests. The location is sweet as, heaps close to the beach and nightlife.

Had a blast at the pool bar where the pizzas were just spot on and the staff were always up for a laugh.

It was a bit pricey but given the vibe and location, it wasn't a deal breaker.

nice clean hotel, lovely pool area, nice food and very pleasant and helpful staff. the breakfast was all u can eat and had a good selection. location is perfect for hitting the magaluf strip or heading to palma nova, super close to beach. they even have a cool wristband system for your room key, which is lit.

walls are paper thin so u can hear everything from next door, and the rooms were a bit small for two people.

Had a lovely 20-night experience! The staff was exceptionally accommodating, especially during my partner's illness. a nurse even checked in on us. Breakfast included a delightful range of fresh fruit and pastries, ensuring every morning began on a high note. Pro tip, bring earplugs for nighttime noise!

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, making it easy for us with 5 kids. The daily activities organized by the entertainment team kept everyone entertained, and we enjoyed spending time around the lively pool.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly food options.

Room conditions left much to be desired. many reported mold in bathrooms and broken fixtures. The bed was decent, but the shower's low water pressure made for frustrating wash-ups. If you value quiet, be warned—the sounds of late-night revelers could disrupt your sleep, and some guests had encounters with security that added unnecessary tension. The breakfast spread looked decent but failed to impress upon tasting, and it’s best not to expect a fridge or kettle in your room.
